Elizabeth Rigali
Art Director
Elizabeth (Lisa) Rigali is the director of art and design at Daprato Rigali Studios and spearheads many of our painting projects. She graduated from St. Mary’s College in the Winona, Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts degree, as well as from the Harrington Institute of Interior Design in Chicago, Illinois. With an interest in understanding more about ecclesiastical art and design, she took on a study abroad program in Florence, Italy through Dominican University, where she studied art history with a concentration in sacred art. There she investigated first hand the art and design of sacred temples that have inspired many of America’s churches.
Lisa has renowned technical and artistic skill in a wide variety of faux finish and marbleizing applications. She is the primary agent of interior color scheme and composition selection, and she brings a unique artistic eye to every project that we undertake. Lisa was greatly respected by the late, great Cardinal Francis George in Chicago, and she was hired time and time again to perform all the painting and touch-up work in the Cardinal’s mansion in downtown Chicago.
Lisa is one of the four 4th generation owners of Daprato Rigali Studios. Lisa has 3 children and resides in Elmhurst, Illinois.
